The increase in population and production capacities increases the amount of wastewater, and the existing wastewater treatment plant capacities are insufficient. Considering the importance of wastewater recovery, integrated wastewater management studies are important. In some areas it is almost mandatory.

When we use conventional biological treatment processes, wastewater treatment plant capacity increase is difficult in areas with space problems. At this point, as MEMSIS, we are making capacity increase revision projects for wastewater treatment plants. With our GENMBR® membrane bioreactor system, we use existing size tanks to bring your facility to high capacities up to 3 times.

How We Do?

1. We receive information about the current facility from our customers.

• Inlet wastewater capacity and pollutant characterization,
• Which is the current treatment process (Conventional, MBR, MBBR etc.),
• Tank dimensions or volumes of the treatment plant,
• Capacity and quantity of existing equipment,
• Wastewater characterization required for the outlet, (Discharge standard if it will be discharged, relevant standards according to the purpose of use if it is to be recovered.)
• The facility capacity you want to upgrade.
• Information for other special cases, if any. (For example, the location of the facility is important in terms of wastewater temperature.)

2. Then, according to the information we receive, we determine the volumes and equipment capacities according to the capacity you want.

3. We make comparisons with existing tank or equipment capacities.

4. We evaluate the design we have prepared with you and finalize it with your comments.
