Ultrafiltration GENUF® Modules

GENUF ® modules are pressurized type membrane modules produced from reinforced hollow fiber membranes. We use the membranes we produce at ultrafiltration level to remove turbidity and microorganisms with high efficiency. We make coating on the PET support layer in our ultrafiltration modules that we developed after a long R&D process. Thus, we manufacture our membranes as unbreakable and unbreakable.

Our GENUF ® modules offer effective solutions in the fields of underground or surface water treatment and recovery. Main Application Areas;

Outside-In filtration mode

In GENUF ® modules, the filtration direction is outside-in. This allows the purification of highly turbid waters, as well as allowing easy cleaning of the membrane surface by backwashing and air stripping.

High chemical resistance with PVDF polymer

PVDF polymer is a very chemical resistant polymer structurally. For this reason, our long-lasting membranes provide high chlorine and acid resistance with PVDF polymer.

High mechanical strength and non-breaking fiber membranes with PET backing layer

The support layer used in the production of reinforced hollow fiber membranes prevents the membranes from breaking or breaking. Thus, it is ideal for applications where high pressure is required.
